This Privacy Policy explains how Night Launch ("we," "us") handles information when you visit this website, send us a message or project brief, or chat with Milo, our AI assistant.

We keep data collection to what we actually need to help you. We do not sell your personal information.

When you fill out a form, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, business name, and anything you write about your project. You choose what to share.

When you chat with Milo, we process the messages you send so the assistant can reply. When you browse the site, our host may collect basic, mostly anonymous usage data such as page views, device type, and general location, to keep the site running and secure.

We use your information to reply to you, prepare a plan and quote, deliver the services you ask for, and improve how the site and assistant work.

We do not use your details for unrelated marketing without your consent, and we will not add you to a list you did not ask to join.

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the site, and they process data only to provide their service to us. These currently include Vercel (hosting), Resend (delivering form emails to us), and Anthropic (powering the Milo AI assistant).

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and safety. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

The site uses only what it needs to function and to understand general traffic. If we add more detailed analytics or advertising cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

We keep form submissions and correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to run our business, and then we delete or archive them. Chat messages are processed to generate a reply and are not used to build a public profile of you.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will help, subject to any records we are required to keep.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as GDPR or CCPA. We honor those rights where they apply.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, and we work with providers who do the same. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site is meant for business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
